We’re getting ready for the Holidays!
New lights on the light poles: Wilton Chamber & Development Alliance received a generous gift through the Wilton Community Foundation from an anonymous donor. This contribution paid for new string lights on the light poles in the downtown area. They look beautiful and will look even better when the snowflakes are put up! The remainder of this generous gift will go toward the new sign that is in the works for the east end of town.
Several volunteers, including Mayor Stanley and Becky Hansen, shown below, helped install them.
Small Business Saturday: Saturday, November 25, is Small Business Saturday. Please let us know if you want to have a bucket at your business for customers to enter a drawing to win Chamber Bucks if they make a purchase on that day.
Window Walk: All aboard The Christmas Express!
Window Walk 2023 will be Sunday, December 3, 5-7 pm. Children can visit Santa and will get a Christmas train ride (weather permitting)!
This year’s theme is The Christmas Express and we are requesting train sets to put in the windows of downtown businesses. Please let us know if you have one you would be willing to lend.
Wilton Public Library is again sponsoring a scavenger hunt for the kids, “A Story Walk.” At each stop, the children get a page of the story and a clue to the next stop. Please let us know if you would like to be a stop on the scavenger hunt. Many thanks to the library for providing this fun activity!

It was a spooky October…
Trunk-or-Treat Halloween Party: Tuesday, October 31, 3:30-5:30, was another one for the record books! Despite the freezing cold and wind, more than 600 people came downtown for the Halloween party. Thanks to all who participated and helped out, including Young Life and their haunted house, shown below
