The Event of the Summer
Founders Day 2024
We will celebrate a Backyard Bash on August 16-18! You won’t want to miss it! There will be:
• Sports and games galore. Kids’ and adults’ backyard games, inflatables, climbing wall, Big Wheel races, BINGO, volleyball, 3-on-3 basketball, the Eager Beaver run—you name it, we have an opportunity for you to play it!
• Music on the big stage. Hy-Line North America is our generous sponsor, providing the stage and music by Gray Wolf Band on Friday and the Quad Cities band Fair Warning on Saturday!
• Parade at 11:30 am Saturday. Start thinking of your Backyard Bash themed float! There will be a tractor show again this year, craft vendors at Elder Park, and food vendors serving all your favorites like tacos, Chinese food, and hamburgers, including lemon shake-ups and funnel cakes!
